Emilie Allaert is an innovation passionate who aims to implement impactful solutions. She is renowned for her DLT and tokenization expertise associated with her in-depth knowledge of the financial industry challenges and is convinced technology and innovation are the paths to follow to maintain one’s business competitivity. In this field, she has published various reports and is active in numerous working groups (ALFI, ERC3643 Association).

Strong of her experience as the Head of the Luxembourg Blockchain Lab, and previously at the LHoFT, KPMG, JP Morgan AM and Alpha FMC, she has an extensive understanding of number of industries and can make the connection between various industries. She founded Digital Minds to answer the needs of companies to be guided in their innovation digitalization journey.

She believes dissemination of knowledge is key to adoption and gives lectures on digital innovation and DLT technology.

Emilie holds a BSc in Economics and Management from the University of Luxembourg; a MA in Financial Management from the University of Durham Business School and a Certificate in Climate & Renewable Energy Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. She also followed the Aspiring Directors Programme at INSEAD.

Emilie’s contribution to the industry has been widely recognised, including by a nomination in the Women in Fintech Powerlist (2017), in the 50 Who’s Who in Tech in Luxembourg (2021), Tech 100 (2023), NextGen leader (2024) and 100 Women On Board 2025. She has been awarded Woman in Web3 Europe by Women in Tech (2024) and Personality of the Year in Digital Assets 2025 by Deloitte.

Harpreet Bains is the Global Head of Trading Services Digital and Agency Securities Finance Product at J.P. Morgan.

Harpreet has been in the securities financing business for 18 years, and in her current position based in London, she is responsible for the management of the Trading Services Digital business as well as the Agency Securities Finance product. Her role includes strategy setting and working closely with sales and trading to deliver client solutions. She began her career in J.P Morgan in 1999, and since joining she has held various roles. Prior to securities lending, she spent five years as an internal auditor for Investor Services, and before audit, she worked as a legal entity financial controller with responsibility for controls and accounting advisory.

Harpreet sits on the International Securities Lending Association’s Board of Directors and is also a member of the Bank of England Securities Lending Committee. Passionate about gender diversity and inclusion, she co-leads Women in Securities Finance, London, an independent industry group which champions the advancement of women across the Securities Finance industry.

Harpreet holds a first class Honours degree in Business and Financial Services.

Julie is the Head of Legal and Compliance at 6 Monks(6M), the Luxembourgish AIFM specializing in the management of cryptocurrency funds.

With over 13 years of experience in the legal and financial sectors, Julie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the dynamic world of digital assets and regulatory compliance. In her current role, Julie is responsible for overseeing all legal and compliance functions within the organization, ensuring that 6M adheres to the stringent regulatory frameworks governing the crypto finance industry. This includes navigating complex legal landscapes, implementing robust compliance programs, and managing risks associated with digital asset investments.

Prior to joining 6M, Julie held senior positions where she developed and executed legal strategies, handled regulatory affairs, and ensured compliance with local and international financial regulations. Her extensive background in financial law, combined with a deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets, positions her as a key asset in fostering a secure and compliant investment environment.

Paolo Brignardello is one of the founders of FundsDLT and covers the Chief Client Officer role.

He has broad expertise in cross border fund distribution and the investment fund supply chain, acquired through a number of senior positions and projects in fund services product management and operations (transfer agents, fund platforms).

Paolo holds an MBA from the Open University and an economics degree from the Sapienza University of Rome.

Olivier Chapiteau joined the European Investment Bank in 2012, where he first worked in derivatives risk management and quantitative analysis before moving to capital markets six years ago where he is now in charge of structured product issuances and co-managing digital bond projects.

Prior to his time at the EIB, Mr Chapiteau had focused his career on risk management in various institutions in Paris, London and Tokyo, including experiences at Goldman Sachs and Citi.

After completing a double Bachelor in Mathematics and Economics, Mr Chapiteau graduated from HEC Paris with a Master in Business Administration.

Mathieu Cottin is the COO & Co-founder of Tokeny.

Mathieu has extensive experience in fintech, international trade, and consulting, including work with the French National Institute for International Trade (Business France).

Arnaud Delestienne is the Director of International Capital Markets and a member of the Executive Committee of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) where he leads the firm’s overall commercial strategies and its international primary market activities.

Before joining LuxSE in 2020, Arnaud spent 23 years at Clearstream, where he honed his expertise in network management and product development while holding positions as Executive Vice-President and head of its Eurobonds business line.

Over the past two decades, Arnaud Delestienne has experienced and contributed first-hand to the transformation of the Eurobond issuance process with its implication for post-trade activities. He was also appointed to various international trade associations and industry working groups, including the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), the Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA) and the International Capital Market Association (ICMA).

Thilo Derenbach is the Head of Sales & Business Development Digital Securities Services at Clearstream Banking.

Thilo has been with the German Stock Exchange group since 24 years, the last 18 years at the post-trade infrastructure Clearstream, primarily in commercialisation and product roles. In his current role, Thilo is responsible for Business Strategy, Business Development und Commercialisation for the digital products at Clearstream.

Rebecca Gong is a Fintech expert with experiences in venture investments, strategy, and financial services.

Currently, Rebecca heads Corporate Development and Regulatory Affairs at HQLA^x, where she spearheaded the successful Series C fundraising of the company. Prior to joining HQLA^x, she worked extensively as an investor specialized in technology-enabled solutions in the capital market infrastructure space, supported and advised Fintech and Tech startups globally.

Simon Gorbutt is Deputy CEO at Luxembourg for Finance, the Agency for the Development of the Financial Centre.

A lawyer qualified in England and Wales, and Ireland, Simon has worked in financial services in Luxembourg since 2007. He joined LFF from a leading Luxembourg provider of unit-linked insurance solutions where he was the company’s Legal and Tax Counsel for the UK, Northern Europe, Asia and International and, later, Director and Head of Wealth Planning, leading a team of specialists working on a global basis at the intersection of private banking, asset management, succession planning and insurance.

A qualified Director, Simon is a founding member of STEP Benelux a.s.b.l. and has served as Chairman of the STEP Benelux Board. He is a Board member of the Luxembourg Association of Family Offices and has also served as Chair of the UK and DAC 6 Working Groups at the Luxembourg Association des Compagnies d’Assurances et de Réassurances, Chair of the AmCham Luxembourg Insurance Committee and Deputy Chair of the Tax Committee at the Association of International Life Offices. Simon teaches on the Masters in Wealth Management at the University of Luxembourg, and on the International Management of Family Wealth programme at the International University of Monaco.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Edinburgh and a Masters in Law, and has received the Certified Digital Asset Advisor designation.

Hubert is a regulatory senior expert in the CACEIS Group Digital Assets business line, created in March 2024.

His experience and competence in capital markets regulation were acquired successively at the AMF, the French securities and exchange commission, at the European Commission, at DG Fisma’s capital markets unit, at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, IG Group, RBC Investor Services Bank and InvesTRe/Moniflo investment firm.

Since the end 2020, Hubert has participated to the development of new entities related to digital assets, notably as project lead and one of the founding members of InvesTRe/Moniflo, and now at CACEIS Bank Luxembourg Branch for the development of CACEIS Group digital assets business line.

Prior to that, he created and developed new markets such as the Euro MTF market for the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, the first MTF in the EU, and Spectrum Markets  for IG Group, an innovative derivative financial instruments MTF in Germany that trades CFDs repackaged as turbo warrants.

Andreas Heinzmann is a Partner in the banking and capital markets group of GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg, and specialises in securities law, capital markets regulation and international banking work.

He advises banks, financial institutions and corporates on the issue of debt and equity securities including stock exchange listings, securitisations, repackagings, high-yield bonds, structured products and derivatives and publishes regularly in these fields of expertise.

Andreas is a member of working groups on securitisation organised by bodies of the financial industry in Luxembourg.

Bjorn Krog Andersen is the Chief Compliance Officer at Banking Circle. With nearly 20 years in the banking and finance industry, Bjorn is an expert in global payment regulation.

Kasia Majchrzak is the Business and Operations Director at Franklin Templeton Luxembourg and a member of the Management Company Executive Committee. With nearly 25 years of experience in the financial industry, she leads critical strategic projects, ensuring that the interests of the Management Company and its Clients remain central while achieving business objectives and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and governance.

As a Fund Boards Director, Kasia serves on several boards, including Franklin Templeton OnChain Funds being the first tokenized fund in Luxembourg that leverages blockchain technology to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accessibility in fund management. She brings a holistic, cross-functional perspective to strategic initiatives, ensuring diverse needs are aligned across teams to drive cohesive outcomes.

Her expertise spans global operations and cross-border distribution, covering diverse jurisdictions such as Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the Nordics, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, the Baltics, and the Netherlands. Emelie Moritz is the CEO of Safello, a leading Swedish cryptocurrency brokerage.

She joined Safello as COO in March 2022 and was appointed CEO in March 2023. Before joining Safello, she worked at Carnegie Investment Bank, served as Legal Counsel at Avanza Bank, and was COO at Fondab AB from 2020 to 2022.

She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Uppsala University.

Ami Nagata is the Managing Director, Luxembourg for Zodia Custody.

With over two decades of experience spanning global firms such as McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas, MUFG, and bitFlyer, she plays a key role in advancing the crypto-asset sector in Luxembourg. Since relocating to Luxembourg in 2012, Ami has been actively engaged in shaping the financial and digital asset landscape.

Holding an MBA from HEC School of Management in Paris, Ami combines deep industry expertise with strategic leadership to drive innovation and growth. Having joined Zodia Custody in February 2025, she is committed to executing the company’s strategic vision for digital assets, leveraging extensive experience to navigate the evolving regulatory and market dynamics.

Isadora Pardo is Senior Vice President Industry Affairs at ALFI, the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry. Isadora is specialised in the fields of sustainable finance, operational resilience and digital finance. She leads ALFI’s initiatives with the investment fund members on these topics, around the three main pillars of the Association: shaping the regulation, knowledge sharing / building and mutualization.

Prior to this, she was Risk Manager for a large management company in Luxembourg.

With over 25 years’ experience in asset management and risk management, she was also the co-founder of a consulting company with purpose to help investment fund managers improve their operational processes through the use of fintech and innovative solutions.

Giulia Pescatore is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Consulting department, where she manages the Digital Assets practice.

She advises financial institutions on defining and executing their growth strategies by leveraging cutting-edge technologies while navigating regulatory complexities.

Ala Presenti is the co-founder of Moniflo, an investment app owned by Investre – an investment firm regulated in Luxembourg specializing in fund tokenization and digital safekeeping on blockchain for regulated instruments. Since 2020, Ala has led Moniflo’s finance and ESG strategies, facilitating value-aligned investments accessible to all.

Beyond her commitment to sustainable finance, Ala actively contributes to establishing industry standards and ethical practices through involvement with ALFI, ACAMS, and ACFE. Her professional endeavors reflect her personal values of integrity, innovation, and inclusivity, principles she consistently embodies in both professional and personal spheres.

Kevin Riou is the Institutional Business Development Senior Manager at Swissquote Bank Europe.

Kevin joined the bank in 2022 from Keytrade Bank Luxembourg. He also previously worked at French online bank Fortuneo and a Luxembourg-based family office. Kevin is passionate about virtual assets and decentralised finance, and their potential to transform the financial services industry. At Swissquote, Kevin is responsible for executing the bank’s business expansion plans with a focus on the institutional and digital asset businesses. He also supports the development of selected key partnerships of strategic importance to the bank.

Mr Tulpule is an executive manager at bitFlyer and also the General Counsel for their operations in Europe and the United States.

He has over 15 years of experience in both TradFi and DeFi that spans North America, UK, Europe and Asia. He has extensively worked with and advised regulators and industry on truly cutting edge matters and strategic transformation projects. Ajinkya’s paper on the use cases of Blockchain technology for enforcement and compliance was recognised by the OECD as the very first to explore this space.

Denzel Walters is Head of Luxembourg for B2C2, a global leader in institutional liquidity for digital assets.

Having previously worked as B2C2’s Business Manager focused on the development of internal operations and regulatory licensing, Denzel now leads the company’s Luxembourg office where he is responsible for local strategy implementation, provision of OTC liquidity to institutional clients and B2C2’s European regulatory efforts.

Prior to B2C2, Denzel worked at Optima Partners in a consulting and business development capacity, and at Bank of England and the Prudential Regulatory Authority supervising the UK’s largest banks.

Martin Watkins is Chief Executive of Montis Group where he is building blockchain-based digital infrastructures and applying for regulatory authorisation as a Central Securities Depository in Luxembourg to settle natively digital and non-native digital securities tokens alongside conventional debt and funds, using DLT.

Martin is an astute leader with 30 years’ experience of advising and managing systemically important market infrastructures. During this period, he has held high profile executive management, practitioner and advisory roles in London, New York, Paris, Brussels and Frankfurt with leading Exchange groups, FMIs, Big Four audit and global technology firms.

Martin is Board member of Delta Capita Distributed Ledger Software Limited, and a former Board member and Trustee of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), where he was Founding Chairman of the International Regulations Forum and Chairman of the FinTech Forum. He is currently responsible for the Montis and Archax group relationship and participation in the International Securities Services Association (ISSA).
