In today’s interconnected world, cross-border investments have become a crucial component of the global economy, channeling capital from where it is most available to where it is most needed, thereby fostering economic growth and development worldwide. They are essential for driving innovation and sustainability globally, helping to address financing imbalances and ensuring that emerging markets and developing economies have access to the capital necessary for their growth.
Our Focus On Cross-Border Investments explores this pivotal area of finance, examining the most pressing topics and challenges in this sector, with expert speakers from the Managed Funds Association, DLA Piper, Invesco Real Estate, Loyens & Loeff, Simpson Thacher, GSK Stockmann, Waystone, and EY Luxembourg. With topics stemming from breaking down the remaining investment barriers in the EU to investment structuring for LPs, tax neutrality and cross-border M&A, the event will bring forth a number of insights to help navigate this complex landscape.
